John Keoni Kaupu, 64, of Hilo died Dec. 23 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired general foreman for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop. Visitation 5-6 p.m. Sunday (Jan. 13) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 6 p.m. Visitation again 9-11 a.m. Monday (Jan. 14) at chapel. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
