Morgan “Max” Maximillion Kahoaokekai Victor, 30, of Portland, Ore., formerly of Kailua-Kona, died May 4 in Portland. Born in Hilo, he was a general contractor, owner of Royal Homes LLC, a musician and fire dancer. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Saturday (May 28) at Makaeo Pavilion, Old Kona Airport. Service at 11am.
