School (and holiday) spirit

A group of Hilo High School students and PTSA members, above, displays customized towels they sold Saturday during the Hilo High School PTSA Christmas Craft Fair in the school’s cafeteria. Meanwhile in Keaau, Caron Tachibana, left, smiles through Hello Kitty-themed Christmas trees for sale Saturday during the Keaau Middle School Holiday Bazaar in the school’s cafeteria. The event was hosted by the PTSA. Both events raised funds for the respective schools.
