The Paradise Roller Girls are seeking individuals interested in joining East Hawaii’s Roller Derby League.
PRG will host Recruitment Night on April 21, when current members will share roller derby information and explain how to get involved as skaters, referees or nonskating officials. Recruitment Night starts at 5:30 p.m. at Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, 500 Kalanianaole Ave., Building 1.
“It doesn’t matter if you haven’t skated since elementary school or haven’t played team sports. If you want to be a part of the roller derby community, PRG wants you,” said Kellfire (otherwise known as Kelli Bolger, an elementary teacher and married mother of two).
PRG welcomes people of all ages, skill and fitness levels.
No experience is necessary.
