The nonprofit Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center will host a free talk on March 20 as part of its “Finding Solutions, Growing Peace” Brown Bag Lunch Series.
The talks are on the third Thursday of each month from 12 noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
This month’s speaker is Diana Bejasa on the topic “The Instant Stress Reset: Take Back Control in Just 15 Minutes.”
“Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, stretched thin by daily demands, and craving a way to feel calm, focused and in control — without adding more to your plate?” asks Bejasa.
In this talk, attendees will be introduced to a science-backed, 15-minute technique that delivers fast, effective stress relief. This simple approach helps people release tension, regain energy and experience a sense of calm right in the moment.
Bejasa helps high-performing leaders achieve bold goals without sacrificing health, relationships or joy. After burnout ended Bejasa’s chef career, she realized hard work without strategic balance leads to failure, not success.
“Using cutting-edge AI, energy psychology and proven systems, her clients reduce stress, reclaim energy and create fulfilling, sustainable success,” according to a Ku‘ikahi press release.
Bejasa’s executive coaching business is called Savor Life With Diana.
Ku‘ikahi’s Brown Bag Lunch Series is free and open to the public.
Attendees are encouraged to enjoy an informal and educational talk-story session and connect with others interested in “Finding Solutions, Growing Peace.”
