Despite spending more than half the season in Hawai’i, the Vulcans will have only 13 true home games at the Vulcan Softball Field starting with an exhibition against Josai International University from Japan on Feb. 13. Following back-to-back weekends on O’ahu with games against HPU and Western Oregon, the Vulcans will host Dominican for one of their two Pacific West Conference home series against mainland teams this season.

The other will be against Academy of Art to close the month of March.

Sandwiched between will be away contests at Azusa Pacific, Concordia University Irvine and Biola before finishing the two-week road trip at the Tournament of Champions, presented by the City of Turlock.

UH-Hilo will then close with six slated matchups against Chaminade along with a doubleheader with HPU in the regular-season finale on April 21.

Vulcans head coach Aisha Sueda enters her third season in charge of her alma mater, after serving six seasons as an assistant following a four-year playing career from 2009-2012.

All home games are played at the on-campus Vulcan Softball Field with free admission.
