Hawaii citizens, wake up to the “woke” world President Biden is creating at the expense of the average worker! Why do we have over 10% inflation? When gas prices rise, so do all transportation, food and commodity prices.
Instead of allowing American companies to expand oil production, Biden has gone to the Iran and Venezuela regimes to beg for their dirty oil production. Biden even lowered the sanctions on Venezuela’s dictator government so that he could encourage more oil production from them.
Biden and the Democrats care more about being green than the downward spiral of the average household’s income. Our Hawaii Democratic senators and representatives support Biden’s actions and proposals and don’t speak up to oppose them. It seems that our representatives don’t have a backbone and really don’t represent Hawaii citizens’ basic needs.
What about at least speaking up to abolish the Jones Act so we can lower all transportation costs for Hawaii?
To really hit Hawaii citizens over the head with the woke agenda, Biden wants to forgive college loans, which will benefit a high percentage of high-earners. Did the average Hawaii worker go to college and have loans that will be forgiven? No, not with 50% or more of Hawaii residents going to work right out of high school. Does this group like seeing their taxes rise so the college graduates can be bailed out?
What about the many families who scrimped and saved to put their children through college? What about the students who worked part time while attending college to lessen their debts? Please realize Biden waited until this fall to announce the college loan bailout program, hoping to convince those who benefit to vote for the Democrats.
Hawaii workers, speak up and tell your representatives to oppose this handout program. Let’s not forget that your Democratic senators and representatives recently voted to hire 187,000 more IRS workers! Those IRS workers are coming after you, small-business owner!
What has your local Democrat representative or senator done good for you lately? The Democrats support the insidious “critical race theory” doctrine, which is now rampantly taught in elementary to college classes. This theory totally destroys Hawaii’s aloha spirit of caring for all.
Get informed! There are so many more issues that affect your livelihood, your freedoms and even your children’s education you need to learn about. Let’s hold the line on all the socialism/wokeness supported by most Democrats! Don’t let them take away your individual freedoms and our blessed aloha and love for all.
Do you ever wonder where the funds for the schools go to? Well, I do, because from the looks of it, the Department of Education still has not considered using the school funds for a great cause. Like, for example, rebuilding some schools.
I know there are schools out there that need the money, like Kalanianaole Intermediate and Elementary School. Since I’ve been to that school, I know for a fact that its floors are very hollow. They’re so hollow that you can hear the termites eating away the wood.
As students and workers there, we did projects to try and make our school better by repainting the parts of the schools where the paint was peeling, fixing the broken fences and even picking up trash near and around the school, but not once did the DOE fix the termite problem or the hollow floors, although they did give us a water fountain that made our water cold. But that doesn’t cut it, because the termites are a very serious problem.
This is very concerning to me, because termites tend to eat wood, and basically the entire school is made out of wood. So, if the termites keep eating and reproducing, they will just eat the whole entire school until it can no longer stand.
Everyone should be concerned about this because their relative, kid, or themselves could be injured because the floors are not stable enough to hold them.
Don’t we all want a safe environment for our keiki? If the DOE takes action about the termites and hollow floors, I know that all keiki and workers will be safe in their schools.
We should all persuade the DOE to consider rebuilding the schools that need rebuilding. As a community, we could also come together and think of ways to help our local schools so that way our keiki can learn in a good environment.
