Annie Bailado, 97, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 25 at home. Born in Keopu Mauka, she was a macadamia nut and coffee farmer, lauhala weaver, eucharistic minister and member of St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, South Kona Senior Citizens Club, and the Cultural Advisory Group and Keauhou-Kahaluu Education Group of Kamehameha Schools. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Honaunau. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Survived by brother, Philip (Clementine) Pai of Honaunau; hanai sister, Mary Pai of Kailua-Kona; caregiver, Mahealani (Diana) Pai of Kailua-Kona; nieces and nephews. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
