Genaro Gaoiran Juan, 79, of Waimea died Jan. 23 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he worked 35 years at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. Funeral Mass 1 p.m. Saturday (Mar. 5) at Annunciation Catholic Church in Waimea. Burial to follow at Waimea Catholic Cemetery. Light pupus and beverages afterwards at his residence.
