Marie Teresa Arruda, 76, of Volcano died June 19 at home. Born in County Wicklow, Ireland, she was an office manager for Arruda Properties Ltd. Frank Locke, 67, of Mountain View, died July 28 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Oregon, he was a retired carpenter. Celebration of life noon Sunday (Aug. 8) at Richardson Ocean Park in Keaukaha. Rose Marie Rios, 63, of Hilo died July 19. She was a retiree of the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Celebration of life services at a later date.
