Kenneth William Ka‘ea Decoito, 29, of Hilo died Feb. 20 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a pest exterminator and member of Naalehu Assembly of God Church. Private service noon–1 p.m. Friday (March 12) at Ballard Family Mortuary Hilo. Drive-thru service 1-2 p.m. at the mortuary. Remain in car at all times. Face masks and social distancing required.
