Crisanta “Cris” B. Cabanting, 85, of Hilo died Jan. 30 at home. Born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines, she was retired nursing supervisor for Kona Community Hospital and member of HGEA and Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 8:30-10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Prayer service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at noon at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No.2. Casual attire.
