Lito Macatbag Asuncion, 69, of Hilo died June 23 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a retired elderly affairs program planner for the counties of Kauai and Hawaii, former manager and co-owner of Prince Kuhio One Hour Photo in Hilo, co-founder, first president and advisor of Sariling Gawa Youth Council and former officer and member of several Filipino and professional organizations in Hawaii.
