Tony Dias, a VA home loan specialist, will host a free seminar from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Aug. 10, at ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center. Veterans can learn how to use their home loan benefit to purchase or refinance a home up with no money down and no private mortgage insurance, or have more than one VA loan at a time.
It also addresses how veterans can refinance into a VA loan from other loan programs to lower their monthly payments.
Dias has educated veterans in Hawaii, California, Texas and Washington state for more than 17 years. This is a ‘must attend’ for all those who have served.
