Don Kaimana Lorenzo, 52, of Honokaa died June 16 at Hilo Medical Center. He was a chef and self-employed landscaper. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 45-3259 Mamalahoa Highway, Honokaa. Service at 10 a.m. Celebration of life Oct. 19. Survived by partner, Christine Leblond of Waimea; hanai sons, Isaiah (Kaila) Batalona-Paiva, Kaily Lorenzo, Austin Bannister, Cody Fernandez, Cecil Rodrigues and Jeremiah Kaholoaa of Honokaa; hanai daughters, Anna Batalona, Jammie (Anu) Demello, Jarrie McGivern, Jessika (Will) Nansen, Kiara Rodrigues and Iyana Batalona-Paiva of Honokaa; brothers, Jerry (Momi) Lorenzo and Daryl Lorenzo of Honokaa; sisters, Donna Asia and Lisa (Al) Lorenzo of Honokaa, Tina Lorenzo of New York. Jessie Lee Stacy, 38, of Waikoloa died June 2 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in California, he was a carpenter. Celebration of life 9 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at Ballard Family Mortuary in Hilo, with light refreshments to follow. Another celebration of life at a later date. Roger W. Starbuck, 65, of Hilo died Nov. 23, 2018. No services. No known family. Survivors are asked to contact Hilo Medical Center Quality Department at 932-3174.
