A grand re-opening
Lt. Danielle Bratton greets guests Friday during the grand re-opening of the Salvation Army Thrift Store in downtown Hilo. The store closed because of flooding damage after Hurricane Lane. It is now accepting donations in the back of the store and having a 50 percent off sale until Nov. 17.
