Andy L. Sylva Jr., 87, of Volcano died Aug. 19 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was retired from the Honolulu City and County’s Wastewater Department. Sylva of Volcano; sister, Dorothy (John) Silva Perry of Nanakuli, Oahu; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
