Antone “Jr.” William Duarte, 74, of Papaikou died June 15 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was the owner of ADE Repairs. Henry Konakakino Hulama Jr., 70, of Waikoloa died May 25 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a retired Honolulu Police Department motorcycle officer, retired operations supervisor at Kona International Airport, member of the Hawaiian Thunda M/C, U.S. Navy Vietnam War veteran and Kamehameha Schools graduate. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday (June 30) at Salvation Army Hilo Corps. Celebration of life service at 10 a.m. Luncheon to follow. Casual attire. Private scattering of ashes at a later date. Dee Anna Palacio, 72, of Hanford, Calif., formerly of Hilo, died May 25. Born in Portland, Ore., she was a retired accountant for Borba Farms of Riverdale, Calif. Services held. Celine Gloria Tandoc Ranan, 20, of Hilo died May 29 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a wholesale service clerk at Kona Costco.
