Charles L. Kahawai Sr., 91, of Hilo died March 13 in Keaau. Born in Hilo, he was a reverend and kahu of Ke Kilohana Oka Malamalama Church in Hilo, a World War II U.S. Army veteran and member of the Waiakea Lions Club. Jolene Rae K. Kapua-Allison, 54, of Mountain View died April 8 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was employed with Roberts Hawaii and J. Hara Store, a former employee for Longs Drugs and Big Island Candies and member of Hui Maka‘i Motorcycle Club and Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. Marilyn Cleonne McGill Pahk, 83, of Honolulu died April 8 in Hilo. Born in Branson, Mo., she worked at Liberty House on Oahu, managed the Capt.
