Man sought in forgery, theft investigations


Police are requesting the public’s help to locate a 34-year-old Hilo man wanted for questioning in connection with the recent purchase of vehicles from car dealerships in Hilo using forged identification and fraudulent cashier’s checks.

Marco Castro is also wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest, police said.

He’s described as 5 foot 5 inches, 150 pounds with brown eyes and a receding hairline. He has “Marco” tattooed on his left forearm.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.

    It’s only a matter of time before being captured.
    That is quite a clear picture of you.
    Better get your affairs in order.
    Which is probably having a cigarette and picking your nose.

      Desperate people do desperate things but he certainly qualfies as one of America’s dumbest criminals. But then again the car dealerships that accommodated him is not the brightest either.
