Police nab wanted man

Police have nabbed a 26-year-old Honokaa man who was the subject of a wanted bulletin.

Rickie Andaya-Tabucbuc was arrested without incident Wednesday afternoon in Honokaa and charged with violating probation. He’s also being held while detectives continue investigating burglary and auto theft incidents in the Kealakekua area, police said.
