Police seek burglary suspect

Police are asking for the public’s assistance with finding a 26-year-old Kona man wanted for questioning in connection with financial crimes stemming from a burglary.

Nicholas Volpa of Kailua-Kona is also wanted for violating probation. He’s described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
