George Kapalikauoha Prim Kamauu, 66, of Holualoa died Sept. 23 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Long Beach, Calif., he was an airport/hotel shuttle driver, member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Kona 2nd Ward, and Kahuku High School Red Raider for life. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kealakekua. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by sons, George P. Kamauu and Lansen K. Kamauu of Kona; daughters, Lauren M. (Ocean Serion) Kamauu, Ginger N. Kamauu and Dorrell A. Kamauu of Kona; brother, William Mahoe (Yolanda) Pule of Honolulu; sisters, Wanda Iokia of Waimea, Fern K. Cardenas of Kona, Sarah Kela Pule of Wailuku, Maui, and Wanda Lehua (Bob George) Pule of Kona; three grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
