Waiakea Baseball Wins BIIF DI

The Waiakea High School baseball team beat Hilo High School 4-3 on Wednesday night in Game Three of the BIIF Division I Championship series.

The Warriors have earned a berth in the HHSAA State playoffs. Hilo will have a chance to continue its postseason by hosting the No.6 finisher from the O‘ahu Interscholastic League for a play-in on Saturday.
