Police seek theft suspect

This surveillance photo, filed by police, shows a theft suspect at the crime scene. Anyone who recognizes this individual is asked to call police at 953-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man involved in a burglary at 3:52 p.m. on Thursday, when the suspect was observed on video surveillance taking items from a Keaau home.

The suspect, a man, is described as possibly being in his 30s to 40s with a brown complexion and medium build. He arrived in a white four-door SUV.

Police ask for anyone who recognizes this man to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
