Russell Lyman Gauslin, 95, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 27 at home. Born in Taft, Calif., he was a retired area manager for a natural gas company, U.S. Navy World War II veteran, member of Lifewater and Livingstones Pine Trees churches and served on staff of Family Discipleship Training School at University of the Nations. Celebration of life 10:30 a.m. Saturday (March 7) at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona. Private graveside service with military honors at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Peter Rebuldela, 81, of Pepeekeo died Feb.24 at Straub Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Pepeekeo, he was retired from the former Hilo Coast Processing Co. and a member of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou, and avid follower of youth and high school basketball and baseball.
