The Hilo Public Library is proud to present internationally renowned storyteller Diane Ferlatte from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the library, which located at 300 Waianuenue Ave.
With her captivating storytelling style, Ferlatte brings to life the vibrant narratives and rich traditions of African-American culture. She will share stories from the earliest days of slavery to the present day, including songs, sign language, humor and audience participation.
This free presentation is suitable for people 5 and older.
