Authorities seek missing 27-year-old Ocean View woman

Police are asking for public assistance in locating an Ocean View woman who went missing last week.

Devan Delaney was last reported seen near the Kahuku Country Market in Ocean View at about 2 p.m. on Dec. 19. At the time, the 27-year-old was wearing a red and green shirt and blue jeans.

Delaney is described as a slim Caucasian woman, 4 feet 11 inches tall, 90 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She has an octopus tattoo on her right arm and a tattoo of a rose on her right thigh.
