Three U.S. Army military helicopters from the 25th Infantry Division on Oahu continued to conduct water bucket drops Wednesday morning, with 45 drops, totaling almost 38,000 gallons of water.
On Tuesday, 97 bucket drops were performed, dropping almost 91,000 gallons of water.
Total drops for the entire incident are 222 buckets, totaling more than 200,000 gallons of water.
The fires were sparked by lightning strikes over the weekend.

The PTA Fire and Emergency Services team will continue to monitor the area.
