The county Department of Parks and Recreation has scheduled an organizational meeting for a coed basketball league for ages 5-6 and 7-8. The meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23 at Andrews Gym in Hilo,
All teams interested need to send a representative to attend the meeting and obtain league information.
League play will start Sept. 20 and games will be played Tuesday and Thursday at Andrews Gym
The age cutoff date is Dec. 31.
