Couple in Hilo file TRO against ‘Justice League’ actor

HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT — Ezra Miller’s mugshot from his Sunday night arrest.

A couple in Hilo has filed a temporary restraining order against “Justice League” star Ezra Miller after the actor, who plays The Flash, allegedly entered their bedroom, threatened them and stole personal items.

According to the petition for a restraining order filed today in Third Circuit Court, Miller — 29, of Stamford, Vt. — “burst into the bedroom” of Stoyan Kojouharov at a Hilo residence some time on Monday and told him “I will bury you and your slut wife,” referring to fellow petitioner Niegel Hayles.

Miller then allegedly took Hayles’ passport and Kojouharov’s wallet, which included his Social Security card, driver’s license, and other documents.

The restraining order notes that “(Miller) is famous and wealthy; this makes access to weapons much easier; as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner.”

The incident allegedly occurred only a day after Miller was arrested at a Hilo bar for disorderly conduct.

According to a police report, Miller — who uses they/them pronouns — reportedly shouted obscenities at Margarita Village Sunday night, grabbed a microphone from a patron and lunged at a man playing darts.

Miller released from custody after paying $500 bail.
