Police seek leads on missing teens

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two teens reported as runaways in separate incidents.

Lokelani Troche-Nobriga, 15, is described as Hawaiian, 5-feet-3-inches tall, 120 pounds, with a slim build, blonde hair and brown eyes.

When last seen March 3 on the 200 block of Kinoole Street in Hilo, Troche-Nobriga was wearing a gray sweater.

Precious Anderson, 16, is described as 5-feet-1-inch tall, 100 pounds, with a slim build, brown hair with blond highlights and brown eyes.

When last seen Monday at her Hawaiian Paradise Park home, Anderson was wearing a black sports bra and ripped blue jeans.

Anyone with information on either teen’s whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
