Police seek leads on missing teen
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old girl reported as a runaway.
Lorissa Keller of Hilo was last seen on Jan. 3 near the 1700 block of Kinoole Street wearing a hoodie, skirt and slippers, all black.
She’s described as Micronesian with a medium complexion, 5-feet-6-inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
