Police seek man described as ‘armed and dangerous’

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 30-year-old man wanted on three traffic warrants and for questioning in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation.

They caution, however, against approaching Kalvin Keala Menzsa, whom they say “should be considered armed and dangerous.”

Menzsa is described as 5-foot-6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say anyone with information about Menzsa’s whereabouts should “immediately contact police” at the department’s nonemergency number at 935-3311, or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
