Yeoman 2nd Class Brayden Chung-Yuen, a native of Hilo, receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal after a successful three-year tour at Commander, Submarine Group 7. Chung-Yuen was responsible for the command’s $1.5 million travel budget, government travel card program, personal awards program and pay and personnel program. He is being redeployed to Oahu to serve on the attack submarine USS Illinois.
