Williams, Shakir help short-handed Boise State beat Hawaii

HONOLULU — Avery Williams had 192 all-purpose yards — including a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown — Khalil Shakir caught two touchdowns passes, and Boise State beat Hawaii 40-32 on Saturday night.
