According to the Department of Health, there have been a cumulative 8,472 cases throughout the state since the pandemic began, 364 of which were on the Big Island.
Oahu has had 7,691 cases, Maui has had 335 cases and Kauai has had 57.
So far, 70 state residents have died of COVID-19.
