Police arrested Dean Aaron Hess, 27, of Puna, who was the subject of a wanted bulletin last week
Police say Hess was apprehended shortly before 11 a.m. Friday morning after being spotted running from a Fern Forest subdivision home.
According to a police log, Hess was charged with assault, domestic abuse, domestic abuse aggravated by strangulation and terroristic threatening.
