All trials are to comply with social distancing mandates in Gov. David Ige’s COVID-19 emergency proclamations “and shall be conducted in a manner that ensures the safety of court users,” Recktenwald ordered.
Rules on courthouse closures and entering of Judiciary facilities are extended through July 31, with some exceptions.
Also, 3rd Circuit grand juries in Hilo and Kona will again convene starting in July.
