Green urges quarantine as people arrive in Hawaii
HONOLULU Lt. Gov. Josh Green, a physician from the Big Island, wants to limit travel to the islands to fight the spread of coronavirus. The state Department of Health announced 10 new cases Thursday of people testing positive for the disease, bringing the statewide total to 26.
