Even years after loss, many people find holidays and special occasions are still difficult. It is normal to feel more intense grief during holidays — grief is a process, not an event.
Join this free support group to work through the grief process this holiday season. Treat yourself one step closer to healing.
Registration is required to attend.
The meetings are from 3-4:30 p.m. Fridays, Nov. 15-Dec. 20, at the Community Building at 1011 Waianuenue Ave. There is no session Nov. 29.
