Shall we dance?

Try something new in 2019 by enrolling in Wednesday night dance classes with the Big Island Ballroom Dance Club.

You do not need a partner; singles and couples are welcome. Classes begin Jan. 2 and are hosted at the Church of the Holy Cross, 440 W. Lanikaula St. in Hilo.

Learn to salsa, rumba and East Coast swing. The membership fee is $15. Each dance class is $6 for the entire quarter of lessons.

Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 2 and classes are at 7 p.m

The club’s Valentine Dance is slated for Feb. 9 at Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale in Hilo.
