Charges filed in Ocean View shootings


Police have charged a 64-year-old man accused of the non-fatal shootings of two men Monday night in Ocean View.

Albert Walter Todd III was charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangering.

His was set at $45,000, and his initial appearance is scheduled for today in Kona District Court.

    His WHAT was set at $45000.00 Maybe Bail? Maybe lunch money? Did I spell proofread correctly?

      This is a dangerous criminal that should not be released period. There is a long violent history behind this bad to the bone menace. So much for public safety.
