Police say a 25-year-old Kailua-Kona man reported as missing and wanted on a warrant turned himself in Thursday evening at the Hilo station.
Dylan Naope is charged with terroristic threatening and property damage.
His bail was set at $13,500 and he was transferred to the Kona cellblock pending his initial court appearance Monday.
