The Nobu Yamauchi Memorial Golf Tournament will be held June 13 at Hilo Municipal Golf Course. Admission to compete is $150 per player. Entry forms are available at the Hilo Municipal Pro Shop.
The Nobu Yamauchi Memorial Golf Tournament will be held June 13 at Hilo Municipal Golf Course. Admission to compete is $150 per player. Entry forms are available at the Hilo Municipal Pro Shop.
The tournament is a two-player team modified scramble with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The tournament is in honor of Nobu Yamauchi — a longtime volunteer youth coach at the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Island and PioPio Bears Athletic Organization. His loyal assistant Takashi “Freckles” Izumo will additionally be honored at the awards luncheon after play is complete.
