Judiciary postpones bar exam due to COVID-19, extends application deadline

The Hawaii Supreme Court announced Tuesday that the state bar examination will not be administered July 28-29 as originally scheduled.

This decision was made because of the ongoing public health emergency arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and upon consultation with the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners.

The bar exam was postponed until the fall, on dates to be determined.

The deadline for the application for the exam was extended until May 1.
