Two Big Island residents recently graduated from basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio.
Air Force Airman 1st Class Kauka C. Lindsey Jr. and Air Force Airman Nicholas Keelan each completed an intensive, eight-week program that
included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.
Lindsey is a 2018 graduate of Kealakehe High School. Keelan is a 2000 graduate of Pahoa High School.
