Thelma Parker library in Waimea celebrates 40 years of being a ‘one-stop shop’ for information, entertainment

Thelma Parker Memorial Public and School Library in Waimea is marking its 40th anniversary with a family-friendly celebration and community bazaar from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 17. The event is free and open to the public.
