Darryl Kalani Grace Sr., 61, of Kealakekua died Sept. 30 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was co-owner of Makanamaikalani Construction Co., a supervisor for EM Rivera and Sons Inc., Keauhou Kona Construction Co., Keauhou Kona Resort Co., heavy equipment operator for Hawaii County firebreak; worked at Mac Farms and KTA Super Stores Keauhou, member of Kahikolu Congregational Church; defensive line coach for Konawaena High School football, head coach and assistant coach for Konawaena High School girls soccer, coach for AYSO Soccer and HiPAL Prime Time basketball, and fisherman and hunter. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at Old Airport Makae‘o Pavilion. Service at 11 a.m. Luncheon and entertainment to follow. Comfortable attire; flowers welcome. Robert “Rob” Blair Henry, 69, of Pahoa died Nov. 6 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Visalia, Calif., he was a retired plumber and mason and U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran. Betty Kiyoko Ikeda, 89, of Hilo died November 8 in Las Vegas, NV. Born in Hilo, she was a retired nurse and patient educator at Hilo Medical Center and member of Anela Street Kumiai.
