Lava activity remains confined to Halemaʻumaʻu crater, with lava erupting from vents on the northwest side of the crater.
The lake had a volume of about 34 million cubic yards.
As of Saturday, the lake’s dimensions were about 875 yards by 580 yards.
Sulfur dioxide emission rates remain elevated.
Seismicity remained elevated but stable. There is no seismic or deformation data to indicate that additional magma is currently moving into either of Kilauea’s rift zones.
